Our Impact

Since our commencement in February 2023, we’ve worked on improving the lives of 45 families through direct practice.

People with a disability from various different backgrounds have a huge impact on us and all our activities. While many people with disability participate fully in Australian society, in general, they are more likely than people without disability to have poorer general and mental health, experience violence or abuse, leave school early, and experience unemployment. They highlight those parts of the society that are the most restricted, so we can help them in all possible ways to regain hope and flourish in life.

What we do

Ablemind commits to being a strong and sensible voice for the children, youth, adults and families we work with, in the community. Ablemind aim to build you a collaborative team of experts that can help you to discover the power within you. We will educate you on your NDIS plan in a culturally safe way, guided by best practise principles to ensure that your voice is heard. We will continue to learn and adapt our models of practise with the direction of best practise for the community.

We Advocate

We are in search of opportunities to help as many people as possible. We support applications to the NDIS for those who are in need.

Today, more and more people are feeling isolated. Our community need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of those in need.

We Coordinate

We organise and coordinate your NDIS plan with you at every stage to ensure that you understand how it works. Navigating the NDIS system is difficult and we are here with you at every step of the way.
